Tuscany Yoga

•The RI.Perspective
Set among the hills of Chianti, the retreat led by Michael Hewett brings together more than thirty years of teaching across Vinyasa, Ashtanga, ISHTA Yoga, and Buddhist meditation with a parallel path in music, informing his guidance with rhythm, listening, and presence.
At Ebbio, a 13th-century estate nestled in the Tuscan countryside, the work focuses on the activation of the center, subtle anatomy, and the bandhas, unfolding through daily sessions, dharma talks, and more intimate spaces for personal inquiry.
It is a week grounded in essentiality, even in the simplest details: vegetarian farm-to-table meals, walks in nature, and a Spanish guitar concert performed by Michael.
Designed for those who wish to deepen beyond the physical sequence, the experience opens to a broader understanding of what occurs within the body, posture, breath, and meditative states.
