Aeolian Breath
•The RI.Perspective
Aeolian Breath, The Art of Letting Go, proposed by Sunsea Studio in Panarea, develops a body-based exploration of rhythm, drawing from the elemental nature of the Aeolian Islands and subtly echoing principles such as Aparigraha and Wu Wei to invite action without force. The local elements translate this vision into practice: water introduces a sense of continuity and adaptability into Vinyasa, allowing movement to unfold without dispersing energy; fire emerges during the trek on Vulcano as a physical and sensory crossing, where effort and landscape meet; air enters breathwork as space, expansion, and a deepened quality of listening.
Rather than leading, the experience opens a space of observation: what unfolds when holding on is no longer necessary. This is the direction Silvia and Simona imprint on the experience. Silvia holds the core of the Sunsea approach, where yoga becomes part of the daily rhythm and the way of relating; Simona weaves together teaching, meditation, and natural cooking, making nourishment part of the work on the senses.
The retreat offers simple tools to reconnect with the body and leaves a memory made of scents, shared gestures, flavors, and listening: an experience rooted in the essential, where space is gradually reclaimed and something new is allowed to emerge.
