Yoga & Hiking Retreat takes shape from the meeting between Jana Vanhees’ vision and approach, Dita Špalková’s local guidance, and the landscape around Port de Sóller, where the retreat unfolds in a boutique hotel overlooking the sea, during Mallorca’s quieter and brighter autumn season.
With twenty years of teaching experience across yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and forest therapy, Jana proposes a practice calibrated to the participants’ physicality through attention to breath, inner language, and simple gestures of self-care. The accessibility of the sessions, free from any logic of performance, supports more sustainable habits that can continue into everyday life.
Alongside her, Dita guides the group through the UNESCO trails of the Serra de Tramuntana, with hikes crossing ancient olive groves, mountain villages, citrus orchards, and coastal paths. Here, walking becomes a way to clear mental space and allow nature to give depth to the journey.
The experience, which alternates movement, rest, and integration, is intended to slow the pace, release physical and mental tension, restore a steadier awareness of one’s needs, and offer a concrete foundation for sustaining wellbeing and balance after returning home.
