La Madre, L’Essenza Rossa e il Cavallo
•The RI.Perspective
Led by Daya Eliana Rota, a pioneer in Italy of Equine Facilitated Coaching, together with Dr. Sahas Manuel Chiaruttini, “La Madre, l’Essenza Rossa e il Cavallo” explores the maternal theme through the imprints of the primary bond within the somatic experience: the need for care, the desire to separate, and self-affirmation.
To bring these core elements into clearer focus, active meditations, mindfulness, psychosomatics, Gestalt, and inquiry are used: practices that direct attention to breath, posture, bodily response, and movement. This investigation finds its most direct expression especially through interaction with horses: in approaching the animal, remaining beside it, and sensing distance and boundaries, hesitations, defenses, and possibilities for connection become more visible.
The horses’ sensitivity to the subtlest variations reveals what often remains below the threshold of words. From this reading of the body, it becomes possible to recognize more precisely what belongs to old conditioning and what, instead, now asks for more space, autonomy, and presence: the drive towards the Red Essence, understood as a vital, grounded, and creative force.
The programme unfolds across two sessions, spaced apart to support the gradual integration of what has emerged. Wild Heart, a protected woodland in the heart of Valle Imagna, offers a natural setting of meadows and pre-Alpine landscape, contained and coherent with a practice that requires time, closeness, and measure.
It is an experience that brings the maternal theme into a concrete process: recognizing one’s wounds, moving through projections and individuation, and reclaiming the right to manifest oneself in the world, allowing a more autonomous impulse to take shape through gesture and choice.
