Island waters

•The RI.Perspective
In the Serra de Tramuntana, in Mallorca, the landscape helps define the rhythm of the work proposed by Marina Bussandri, founder of Eye of Hatha. The alternation between elevation and openness to the sea, together with the distance from denser centres, introduces a condition of suspension that makes it possible to slow down without strain.
Within this context, Marina shapes a retreat that reflects a clear vision of yoga: a practice that moves away from performance and returns to a more essential function, tied to perception, steadiness, and the quality of attention. The result is a method that combines discipline and listening without superstructures.
Yoga, breath, Qi Gong, sound work, and a day of juice fasting are woven into a continuous path, supported by the landscape and directed toward a more inward experience, where physical lightness, mental lucidity, and a subtler relationship with oneself can gradually emerge.
