La dolce vita
• The RI.Perspective
Luana D’Ambrosio, massage therapist and self-care guide, defines an experience dedicated to longevity and bodywork on Lake Como, hosted in a private historic villa and designed for just ten guests. Her vision brings the sensibility of high-end hospitality into a rigorously structured practice, where precision of touch, sensitivity to the setting, and the deliberate rhythm of the days converge in the same direction. Within this framework, individual treatments and signature rituals are intended to release deep-seated tension, while the workshop The Art of Aging Well and the anti-aging facial massage bring the theme of longevity onto a concrete plane of care, continuity, and attention to the ageing process. PhysioYoga sessions guided by Federica, a discipline integrating physiotherapy and yogic practice, encourage a more conscious relationship with movement.
The seasonal gastronomic offering also aligns with this approach, making nutrition an essential element of metabolic support and the restoration of balance within the body. The result is a retreat in which technique, gesture, and nutrition help refine self-perception and sustain a deeper physical stability over time.
