In the rural heart of New South Wales, Be Well In Winter focuses on nervous system nourishment under the guidance of Ramone Bisset, founder of Wild Sage Wellbeing. Integrating trauma-informed mindfulness with yoga practice, the weekend at Heartspace Retreat offers respite from physical fatigue and emotional exhaustion for women who need to give back to themselves and find inner realignment.
The retreat responds to the needs of the season to restore energy, and encourage deep recovery. The programme alternates meditation sessions, active flow, and thematic workshops. The wholefoods cuisine is designed to support digestion and nervous system nourishment. The cold of the Australian solstice, the warmth of the sauna, the cool plunge, and the slow rhythm of Heartspace create holistic healing, intended for those who feel old automatic patterns are no longer enough and wish to bring home simple tools to regain stability in everyday life.
