•The RI.Perspective
Set among the woods, meadows, and summer light of the Swedish countryside, Miriam Morgenstern shapes a retreat around a precise act of subtraction: disconnecting from devices to return attention to oneself. At Bäddar & Ängar, the experience unfolds through work that begins with the body and the senses.
Pilates restores structure and precision; Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki then lead toward deeper rest and reflection.
Supporting this direction are writing and time in nature, which introduce a slower rhythm, as well as Josefin’s cuisine, which turns each meal into a moment of presence. Emma, as the photographer, documents gestures and moments with discretion, allowing participants to live what unfolds without immediately translating it into images.
Digital minimalism thus takes shape as a lived practice, visible in the way time is inhabited: in movement, in rest, in listening, and in sharing.
