Self Care Rituals takes shape in the month of May through the vision of Giorgia Foisor, nutritionist and yoga teacher, who views wellbeing as a balance between body, mind, and the emotional sphere. In this experience, Giorgia guides a path that brings together yoga, fluid movement, breath, meditation, and intuitive eating, woven into a shared practice to refine self-awareness, deepen presence, support nervous system regulation, and restore a more authentic relationship with one’s inner rhythms.
Alongside her, Leonardo Sanni contributes to this approach through a plant-based cuisine guided by seasonality, care for ingredients, and an attuned relationship with natural cycles. Nourishment thus takes on a concrete form within the retreat, aligning with the moments of practice and the spaces of silence that accompany its cadence.
The essential character of Semi di Crescita, supported by direct contact with nature, helps to slow down and find continuity with oneself, fostering openness and renewed vitality. It is from this dimension of time and space that tools and awareness can emerge to be integrated into daily life.
