Longevity Escape
• The RI.Perspective
The landscape of Comporta, expansive, quiet, shaped by constant light and a naturally slower rhythm, is an integral part of the experience proposed by Longevity Escape. Here, a condition is created that limits interference and makes a concrete, sustainable process of wellbeing more accessible.
Marina Kagan’s vision, as founder, introduces an approach centred on the regulation of energy and on a functional reset oriented towards greater clarity, balance, and longevity. Marina creates a space in which slowing down becomes a conscious act, and where simple, agile tools become evident, designed to remain effective and active beyond the days of the retreat.
Anna Kurtsevich gives this inner work a precise structure through yoga, breathwork, and mobility, following a targeted progression that acts on strength, elasticity, and the regulation of the nervous system. The body thus becomes the first point of access through which to intervene in tension, fatigue, and overload, bringing attention back to signals that are often overlooked.
Imge Reyhan’s contribution extends the retreat towards nutrition and holistic health, through masterclasses dedicated to natural care and food strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
The alternation between biomechanics, specialist nutrition, and acoustic frequencies , such as sound baths, balances decompression, activation, and consolidation. An experience that avoids intensity for its own sake in order to encourage a lucid management of individual capacities.
