Yoga & Flexy
•The RI.Perspective
This Formentera retreat, led by Vittoria Parietti, arises from the intersection of a methodical dynamic flow and an in-depth exploration of conscious asana construction. The journey requires no performance, but rather a willingness to listen, moving away from rigid formulas to make room for direct experience.
Throughout the stay, Vittoria offers a discipline inspired by Ashtanga yoga according to the Black Lotus approach—the method developed by Ty Landrum that reinterprets tradition as a more modular and accessible system. The sequences maintain a clear framework but include variations that allow each individual to adapt the physical expression to their own body.
Alongside the sessions, the work also opens up to in-depth workshops dedicated to the exploration of asanas and the energetic flow that runs through each transition, supporting a broader understanding of the relationship between breath, alignment, and presence.
The practice unfolds as a dynamic progression toward key postures, built step-by-step, but without attachment to the final result: the focus remains on the process and the quality of presence, including moments of reflection and sharing.
The setting of a resort immersed in nature in Cala En Baster contributes to defining the rhythm of the experience. The essentiality of the Mediterranean landscape, rock, light, and open sea, creates a simple and shared environment that fosters concentration and continuity in the daily path.
