Vita in Armonia

•The RI.Perspective
The summer solstice in the Valle d’Itria becomes the occasion for a journey guided by Beatrice Santangelo, photographer and yoga teacher, together with Dr. Francesca Carvutto, a nutritionist specialized in microbiota and mindfulness. At Trullo Armonia, a white-stone dwelling typical of the Apulian landscape, the natural setting accompanies days shaped around a deeper connection with one’s inner life.
The identity of the retreat lies in the vision and aesthetic sensibility of Beatrice Santangelo, who places the focus on listening to oneself through yoga, art, and conscious nutrition. Yoga, pranayama, photography, journaling, and free-form movement become bridges and tools to establish an authentic dialogue with oneself, leading toward a deeper and more genuine perception of one’s identity. It is a path that allows interiority to be translated into vision and helps release emotional blockages.
Supporting this work, the programme combines moments of yoga practice, pranayama, and mindfulness with workshops on conscious nutrition, focused on the management of emotional eating and the balance of the microbiota. In the same spirit, the presence of a personal chef gives tangible form to the dialogue between nourishment and deeper needs: through the thoughtful pairing of foods, participants learn to recognise the body’s signals and respond to its real necessities.
This inner work naturally extends into a rhythm that honours the solstitial cycle and aligns with the pace of the earth and its seasonal produce, allowing a temporary distance from external distractions. Within this space, movement and reflective writing also become forms of exploration and attentive listening.
