Blooming Senses
•The RI.Perspective
Blooming Senses marks the moment when Ilenia Fedele’s international vision of yoga reconnects, for the first time, with the ancestral strength of her land of origin. This return to her roots is at the heart of the retreat.
The common thread is the work on the five senses as a concrete tool for presence. The practice integrates conscious movement, breathwork, and outdoor meditation, alternating dynamic phases with more introspective moments: a process that engages both body and attention and invites a deeper exploration of thoughts and perceptions, listening to the breath and returning to what is essential.
Within the walls of Masseria Capece, partner work and the quality of connection move beyond the individual dimension to become a living relationship with one another and with the space, while exploration of the surrounding territory and the rituals of local cuisine become integral parts of an experience that holds practice and identity together.
This retreat is for those who want to truly slow down, for those seeking a more direct relationship with their body, and for those who want to experience a place guided by someone who knows it as part of her own story.
