Nourish

•The RI.Perspective
The experience is built on the joint work of Nicole Schöngart and Caroline Eder, bringing together two complementary approaches. On one hand, Nicole’s deep understanding of high-pressure environments, shaped by her earlier experience as an architect and project developer in the corporate world; on the other, the deep anatomical expertise of Caroline, physiotherapist, founder of O-Yoga and creator of the REALIGN Method, as well as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with over twenty years of experience. Their combined knowledge supports an attentive and grounded approach to movement and practice.
Within this context, Kundalini Yoga is explored in a contemporary and accessible way, freed from rigid interpretations and supported by an emphasis on physical awareness and safety.
The intention is not performance or intensity, but the gradual restoration of vitality through breath, mantra, mindful movement, and targeted practices like the cacao ceremony, integrated to facilitate deep emotional breakthroughs.
The vision behind NOURISH reaches beyond the structure of a retreat program. It reflects a desire to soften the persistent pressure of everyday life — the quiet demand to always function, achieve, and move forward. By allowing Western anatomical knowledge and Eastern contemplative traditions to meet, the experience opens a space where deeply held physical and mental patterns can slowly loosen, making room for a more grounded and embodied sense of being.
This process unfolds within the calm surroundings of Cal Reiet Holistic Retreat, in Mallorca. Nestled among Mediterranean gardens near Santanyí, the estate contributes to the experience through the quiet rhythm of the landscape, the atmosphere of the house, and its plant-based farm-to-table cuisine. These elements form part of the very architecture of the retreat, offering a physical container that supports the deeper intention of nourishment.
