The Architecture of Truth

•The RI.Perspective
This retreat guided by Julien Finlay, hosted at Villa Epicurea on Portugal’s Atlantic coast, emerges from the meeting point between the world of professional leadership and the somatic practices of yoga and meditation.
His experience in technological and organizational environments has gradually oriented his work toward an exploration of the relationship between performance, presence, and awareness. His approach uses the body as an entry point to move beyond purely cognitive and performative patterns: through movement, breath, and attentive listening, he invites leaders and professionals to observe what emerges when the pace slows down.
The program alternates dynamic Vinyasa, slower and more restorative practices, meditation, guided journaling, and moments of collective dialogue. Immersive workshops centered on the theme of honesty — understood as the capacity to recognize what is truly present — together with sharing circles help integrate the physical work with a more reflective dimension.
Alongside the structured practices, the rhythm of the retreat also includes moments designed to let the experience settle: walks along the Atlantic coast, time in nature, and spaces of silence.
Through this approach, Julien invites participants to temporarily step away from the usual dynamics of productivity and explore a different way of relating to attention, energy, and decision-making, allowing the body to guide the process of recalibration.
