We are nature

•The RI.Perspective
Immersed in the vibrant silence of the Vosges, at Seminarhaus TAO, a path back to essence unfolds through the four elements, awakening a visceral and intuitive awareness. This experience arises from the profound synergy between Julia and Fanny, two complementary guides who weave their respective practices together to create a holding space for transformation that is both safe and trauma-sensitive.
The retreat centres on the passage from the hardness of stress to the softness of presence, grounding the work in nervous system regulation. Within this setting, Fanny brings her mastery of Somatic Movement, guiding participants through a proprioceptive exploration designed to expand their capacity to hold emotion and perceive themselves with self-compassion. Her approach also integrates conscious photography as an authentic mirror through which to observe oneself without masks or judgement: a natural extension of the practice, allowing an unconstructed truth to emerge.
In parallel, Julia opens the door to shamanic wisdom and energetic healing, using resonant instruments such as the drum, the flute, and Cacao medicine to facilitate states of deep listening, inner clearing, and spiritual alignment. The ritual dimension remains in dialogue with the physical one, bringing ancient tradition into relationship with modern movement science, and transforming the retreat into a journey of embodiment in which individual identity can unfold fluidly.
The Vosges landscape, enriched by pure spring water and the sacred space of the Dom, acts as a co-facilitator of realignment, further supported by organic nourishment carefully designed to sustain the organism in coherence with the experience undertaken. When physiology and landscape meet, self-listening becomes an organic and spontaneous process.
