On the island of Amorgos, an experience takes shape under the guidance of Annie Touchette, a Pilates and Yoga teacher with a structured and dynamic approach. Her vision places movement quality and continuity at the center of the work, prioritizing consistency over intensity.
The program alternates Reformer Pilates sessions with yoga, building a balance between strength, control, and mobility. Each gesture is guided by precision, allowing the body to regain stability and energy through focused, concrete work.
The days follow a defined rhythm, and the space between sessions becomes part of the experience itself: the sea, the silence, and the essential landscape of the island accompany the process.
